It does not provide the same guarantees as the Premier IT Partnership Support service contract; however it can be a more cost-effective solution for organisations with a low IT incident rate.

The service:
8 working hour response time for hardware issues
Full telephone support
Installation and configuration of equipment
Liaison with third parties to resolve any hardware/software issues
Advice on IT procurement
The cost: £100 per month (excluding VAT) payable 3 months in advance.
Does not include on-site visits – hourly rate of £50.00 or part thereof, plus VAT.
Minimum charge 1 hour.
