First of all you must make an account with CommRich Limited, by going to SIGN UP or "click here to register"
 
When the screen loads complete your details and click "Sign Up" this will take you into our control panel.
 
To add your dialup connection click Connectivity, and then "add new" from the drop down menu.
 
Select your package from the list that has now opened in the main screen. This will provide you with a description of the package. Once you have selected click proceed.
 
Choose your username and password, and place the number you will be dialling up to the internet from in the box provided (this can be changed if necessary)
 
Once done, agree to the terms and conditions of the service and you will be taken to our payment page.
 
Once paid you will notice a Service added to your connectivity list (Connectivity ---> List..) This list updates in real time. After first signing up it may say "Authorising". Please wait a short period until the page updates and confirms you are now registered.
 
If you are on a PC click "Auto Setup". You can then download a file that can be used to automatically add the connection to your computer.
 
Save this file on your Desktop. This file is referred to as the INS File. Double-click on this icon this will configure your Dial-Up Settings.
 
When connecting, please ensure the number being dialled starts with 0808 or 0800 for free access. If this not the case, the setup has not been completed correctly.
 
Please note: Only the Dial-Up Connection is added to your connections. If you already have a favourite Home Page this will not be changed.
