Before you sign-up please make sure:
You have a BT phone line
You have your credit/debit
card details ready
You have a pen & paper
to note down your user name & password
Sign up for Broadband
Sign up for Dial-up
Note:
Any credit/debit card information you send to us has 128 bit encryption which
means the details you send cannot be read by anyone but us.
Remember that you have not
ordered until you have pressed "Make Payment" on the payment transaction page.
Your Credit Card will be
charged instantly once you have pressed the "Make Payment" key and
then on a recurring monthly basis unless you have selected to pay yearly in
advance.
For Broadband: It
takes about 5 minutes to sign up. Once you have signed up, Broadband usually
takes 7-10 working days to be activated.
For Dial-up Internet
Access: It takes about 5 minutes to sign up. Once you have signed up, the
service is activated within minutes and you can start surfing the internet.
Please take a few minutes to
go through the Connection Setup Notes.
Note: If you do not have
internet access to sign up please call 0845 644 2104. CommRich sales staff will
talk you through the a manual process of creating an Internet Connection at a
local rate call using 0845 number. Once the connection is made sign up to the
appropriate package and re-connect using the new service as described.
