required.
It does not provide the same guarantees as the
Premier IT Partnership
Support service contract, however it can be a more cost-effective solution
for organisations with a low IT incident rate.

The Cost: £100 per month (excluding VAT) payable 3
months in advance.
Does not include on-site visits - hourly rate of £50.00 or part thereof,
plus VAT.
